Our Enigma Project will be to focus on a community of American expats living in a specific part of the world (a specific country) of your choice as a group. 

Develop the different parts of the project addressed in the video, but adapted to the circumstances of our own class (context, time, resources).

I   WARM UP   Activity 1 Class begins with music and warm up. Students are invited to get on their feet, get away from their desks and follow the professor's  muscle groups - isolation  warm up.  In previous classes, we added  conscious breathing  at the end of the warm up,   self-affirmations  and  meditation .
